ABSTRACT: Objective: To describe an unusual presentation of a patient with recurrent pituitary apoplexy of an adenoma that switched phenotypes from a nonfunctioning. or silent gonadotroph adenoma (SGA). to a silent corticotroph adenoma (SCA).
